In contrast to conventional presses, our crimping machine is driven by a powerful pneumatic cylinder. This makes our machine fast, highly repeatable, quiet, low-maintenance and clean. The crimping machine achieves the high crimping forces through the intelligent use of toggle levers. These ensure a fast feed movement of the crimping jaws and high forces during crimping. 6 to 8 bar compressed air and 220 volts of electricity are sufficient to operate the crimping machine.
Precision through toggle lever principle
The mechanical coupling of the pressing jaws via the toggle levers results in absolutely uniform movement and pressing. The toggle lever principle guarantees maximum precision and repeat accuracy during pressing. The pressing dimension is monitored electronically for high process reliability.

The lateral insertion opening with a clear width of 22 mm makes it possible to perform tasks that are not possible with conventional machines. Long cables or hoses can be connected in the middle without having to thread them through the tool. This saves a lot of time in production. It even allows crimping between two large components where threading through is not possible at all. The insertion opening also provides space for cable outlets or even 180° bends.
The tried-and-tested crimping machine is also without insertion slot, for greater precision with particularly high pressing forces. All other properties and dimensions remain unchanged.
