Zosel crimping machines are frequently used for cable assembly, for example:

Connecting cables to metallic components
as fastening
as strain relief
for sealing
for bundling

For many sensors with metal sleeves, the cables are firmly connected to the sleeve using Zosel crimping machines. The lateral insertion opening allows components to be crimped at any point without having to thread the cable through. The crimping dimension can be precisely adjusted and is electronically monitored.

The lateral insertion opening with a clear width of 22 mm makes it possible to perform tasks that are not possible with conventional machines. Long cables can be connected in the middle without having to thread them through the tool. This saves a lot of time in production! This even allows crimping between two large components where threading through is not possible at all! The insertion opening also provides space for cable outlets or even 180° bends.

The tried-and-tested crimping machine is also without insertion slot, for greater precision with particularly high pressing forces. All other properties and dimensions remain unchanged.
